I find that some people go through a neighborhood and call every real estate sign on the street, this does not really help you, it becomes confusing and fustrating by having several people returning calls and trying to figure out who you talked to about what. By using one Realtor in the area it will make your home search and purchase much easier.

I am a full time Realtor on three MLS Boards covering 20 central Florida Counties though my main area of service is in Volusia County, covering the following cities; Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Ormond by the Sea, Ponce Inlet, Wilbur by the Sea, Edgewater, Oak Hill, and surrounding areas including Deland, Deltona,Orange City, etc... and Bunnell, Flagler Beach and Palm Coast in Flagler County.   • Check your credit rating. Straighten out any errors before its too late.
  • Determine a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment.
  • Find a loan program that meets your needs and get pre-qualified (preferably pre-approved). I can assist you with this by providing you with a list of lenders that many of my past clients have used including myself.
  • Choose a REALTOR® that you trust and who understands your needs.
  • Determine what neighborhood best matches your needs.

  • Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
  • Third-party fees include charges for insurance, title search, and other inspections such as home and termite inspections.
  • Government fees include deed recording and state & local mortgage taxes.
  • Escrow and interest fees include homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
